Amazed at how beautiful the English countryside is

- A mans best friend once upon a time -

This explains why.
A man and his dog were walking along a road. The man was enjoying the scenery, when it suddenly occurred to him that he was dead.

He remembered dying, and that the dog walking beside him had been dead for years. He wondered where the road was leading them.

After a while, they came to a high, white stone wall along one side of the road. It looked like fine marble. At the top of a long hill, it was broken by a tall arch that glowed in the sunlight.

When he was standing before it he saw a magnificent gate in the arch that looked like mother-of-pearl, and the street that led to the gate looked like pure gold. He and the dog walked toward the gate, and as he got closer, he saw a man at a desk to one side.
When he was close enough, he called out, 'Excuse me, where are we?'

'This is Heaven, sir,' the man answered. 'Wow! Would you happen to have some water?' the man asked.Of course, sir. Come right in, and I'll have some ice water brought right up.'The man gestured, and the gate began to open.
'Can my friend,' gesturing toward his dog, 'come in, too?' the traveler asked.

'I'm sorry, sir, but we don't accept pets.' The man thought a moment and then turned back toward the road and continued the way he had been going with his dog. After another long walk, and at the top of another long hill, he came to a dirt road leading through a farm gate that looked as if it had never been closed. There was no fence.

As he approached the gate, he saw a man inside, leaning against a tree and reading a book. Excuse me!' he called to the man. 'Do you have any water?'
'Yeah, sure, there's a pump over there, come on in.' 'How about my friend here?' the traveler gestured to the dog.

'There should be a bowl by the pump.'They went through the gate, and sure enough, there was an old-fashioned hand pump with a bowl beside it. The traveler filled the water bowl and took a long drink himself, then he gave some to the dog...

When they were full, he and the dog walked back toward the man who was standing by the tree.'What do you call this place?' the traveler asked. This is Heaven,' he answered. 'Well, that's confusing,' the traveler said. 'The man down the road said that was Heaven, too.'

'Oh, you mean the place with the gold street and pearly gates? Nope. That's hell.''Doesn't it make you mad for them to use your name like that?' 'No, we're just happy that they screen out the folks who would leave their best friends behind.' Soooo...

Sometimes, we wonder why friends keep forwarding jokes to us without writing a word... Maybe this will explain. When you are very busy, but still want to keep in touch, guess what you do? You forward jokes. When you have nothing to say, but just want to keep in contact, you forward jokes.

When you have something to say, but don't know what, and don't know how, you forward jokes. Also to let you know that you are still remembered, you are still important, you are still loved, you are still cared for, guess what you get?

A forwarded joke.

So, next time if you get a joke, don't think that you've been sent just another forwarded joke, but that you've been thought of today and your friend on the other end of your computer wanted to send you a smile.

You are all welcome @ my water bowl anytime!

Flexi-Bar Based on Technology

- Flexi-Bar Based on Technology -
If you want to improve your balanced agility or tone up your whole body ability or just improve your overall fitness, stretching re-flexing within any muscle or muscle group a simple methodology of contraction (stretching re flexing muscles by contraction in response to stretching within the muscle) makes vibration the latest in demand training by working on the deep core muscles of your back, hips and abdominals.

Enabling a tremor of waves to the body core, deep core muscles are what your back and spine uses to support by holding your spine upright and strong. As well as increasing muscular support it will also increase the blood supply to the vertebra tissue which makes it stronger, much suppler and generally a lot healthier.

The deep core muscles in our spine are our postural muscles. Core muscles are always working to maintain our posture. Many back problems such as a slipped disc, sciatica, neck pain, rounded shoulders, lumbar pain, are the result of weaknesses in these deep core muscles.

Having a weak centre will also adversely affect your coordination and balance especially as age takes its toll. The benefits of mono synaptic reflex which provides stretching then automatically regulate the skeletal muscle range are robust to the core and should not be underestimated, they help build up endurance and strength to the spine, because the back muscles play a major key role in all our every day to day movement, by improving the strength of these muscles you will gain and overall benefit to your back and general health.

This form of vibration practice work the whole body, vibration will reduce neck tension back pain or just wanting to build up endurance and fitness, vibration training is exactly what every-bodies needs are - the benefits include improving overall balance; this form of coordination movements can also assist you in your effort to lose weight.

Tune to today's technology and the science of poor maintained posture can now be a complaint from the past, everyone occasionally gets pains in the backside from sitting at computers or some form of workstation giving trouble in the shoulder neck arms wrists elbows back of the legs even as far down as the feet?

By reading thus far you should now realize to stop thinking and start training from the inside out using vibration training for at least 5 minutes daily estimate three times in your week. It takes as little as 30-45 minutes a week to reap value from using this vibration form of exercise to the core.

Getting in to this routine is easy because this is fun, fun, diversion while completely reviving the extent of your spine plus support to improve overall stance that help towards relieving those minor aches and pains that bad posture encourages.

This modern way to a full bodies exercises works at any age never too late to start these vibration rehabilitation training methods it is the best keeping fit idea to come along since power walking only this time it's an exercise designed to fit into your office your home even the gym helping your body to build up endurance and strength in short training spells.

The principle of vibration coaching has been around for more than forty years. It was originally developed by Russian scientist's part of a space program to help cosmonauts maintain their physical condition their goal was to minimize loss of muscle mass and maintain bone density.

Conventional vibration plates, machines, devices, bars come in all shapes and prices depending on looking at a competitive version or a good product with more kinds of vibrating training devices and platforms available, some have "better vibrating" frequencies than others.

Some uncertainty about the exact extent vibration have on the body over a short period - however there isn't any doubt that there's important physical effect vibration training is understood to work on up to 100 percent of muscle fibres in each contraction while traditional training can be as low as 40%-60%.

The higher end models can cost up to ten thousand dollars, most people enjoy the vibrating movements of the machine higher the frequency the deeper vibration doing most of the exercising for you continuing stretching spontaneous contractions that are going on up and over in the muscles,

Muscles contracting at such high frequencies, pretty much everything is excited making this quicker and easier increased blood flow revives nutrient elements to muscles cells as well as removing any toxic waste and damaged tissue this in my view is the end benefit.

All your firmed skin plus your muscles gain the value that's how you will lower your workout training time by half - No need to feel guilty by halving the training time to more than trebling the flexibility agility ability.

FLEXI-BAR works all of the muscles of the entire body. The action of shaking the FLEXI-BAR causes a vibration to be passed through the body. This vibration pushes, or stretches the muscles out of their natural alignment. This misalignment sends an automatic message to the brain, via the nervous system, that the muscles have been stretched. The brain sends a message back to the stretched muscles to "contract" or shorten, in an effort to bring them back to their "centre", or state of equilibrium.

As long as you're not standing still, you can rest assured that you're moving [http://www.flexi-barvibrationtraining.com/flexi-bar-golf-fitness-exercises/the-abc-of-dynamic-exercise-where-ever-your-standing-is-where-you-start]Active Balance Core Dynamic Exercises - The ABC of Dynamic Exercise Wherever Your Standing Is Where You Start. http://www.flexi-barvibrationtraining.com/

The A B C of Dynamic Flexi-Bar Exercise

I have just been introduced to the Flexi-Bar, a bit of apparatus invented by German physiotherapists as a healing tool, but last week launched in the United Kingdom as a part of a new fitness programme. The appliance looks like a plastic garden cane with solid rubber pieces attached to the middle and each end. To operate, you shake it forcibly a few times till momentum takes over.

It then continues vibrating with minimal movement of the arms required - the key is keeping the abdominal muscles contracted. Relax these and the bar stops. In contrast vibration you perform numerous exercises, eg squat-thrusts and lunges. The shock waves of the vibration thru your body force it to work harder. As Dennis Bartram, the fitness director at dennisbartram.com (where the flexi-bar video demonstration classes were launched), explains: "The shaking action of the bar destabilizes the body, especially the backbone.

To keep it vibrating, you need to signup the muscles that run the length of the backbone. Do this regularly enough and you target the deep, stabilizing postural muscles, accelerating their strength and promoting blood flow. Regular use will improve overall posture and lead to longer-looking limbs. "You aren't waving your arms up and down to shake the Flexi-Bar; all the shaking movement is controlled by contracting the intestinal muscles.

You've got to keep working all over." He admits that it needs a while to realise the vibration system. "Most folk who have attempted it can't get the thing to move when they hold the Flexi-Bar in their less dominant hand," he is saying. It is, as he asserts, harder to operate than it appears to be, and exhausting. In my class, even the warm-up of vibrating squats, twists and marching left my muscles shaking.

Get down to the genuine work of sit-ups with a shaking bar held above your head and you start to understand that power yoga was a straightforward option. To feel blobby parts of your anatomy wobbling of their own will isn't a pleasing sensation, but at least it's evidence of the work that should be done. "We are keeping classes to thirty mins for the present because folks are finding it tough," Hodgkin says. No kidding. The Flexi-Bar isn't the only item of fitness hardware that uses the foundations of vibration to get you into shape.

Those who have already invested in the A B C Dynamic Exercise, a flexi-bar that claims to reduce workout time by eighty percent by energetically vibrating the body. The Active Balance Core Dynamic Exercise vibrates without your assistance, four thousand times a minute.

You perform simple exercises like squats and leg-raises on the little platform "It works by transferring the power from the vibrations to your body, which then triggers fast muscle contractions," announces Dennis, the clarity of your personal coach. "The upshot is that you're employed harder all over. In twelve mins you can effectively work as hard as you can in 60 minutes of a standard workout." Russian scientists discovered the advantages of this sort of coaching in the 1970s when searching for a way for their astronauts to exercise in space, where the weightless atmosphere links to osteoporosis.

Trials carried out since that time on gear like the Active Balance Core Dynamic Exercise have shown that it can help to extend muscle strength quicker than traditional weight coaching. "Because tendons and connecting tissues are also manipulated when it's used by you, adaptability improves," posted by one of many happy customers when formerly occupied by Swiss Balls and yoga mats, variable we might be but the possibility is that before the summer's out we'll all be vibrating, but don't forget to strap up your wobbly bits before you start.
